Flexible plans

New habits take time to develop, with experimentation along the way. Gates Open Wellness works with clients from six weeks to three months or longer, depending on individual client goals. Coaching sessions may take place once a week, once a month, once a quarter, or at other intervals.

One-on-one or group

Individual wellness coaching and group wellness coaching each have distinct benefits. In addition to one-on-one sessions by phone, video or in person, Gates Open Wellness can design and facilitate small-group programs for businesses, communities, fitness facilities and other wellness-related organizations.

Fiona Soltes is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, using science-based theory to facilitate lasting change. Her training through Wellcoaches has been endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine and American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
