Fiona Soltes, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach
The alignment of vision, goals and action is a beautiful thing. It would be my great joy to help you discover it.

In early 2018, I turned over the tapestry of my months and days and realized the varied threads had woven a vivid picture. It was one of a lifetime of pursuing vibrant health on a personal basis:
- decades of conversations and interviews with people from all walks of life as a journalist and writer;
- ongoing work in seeking and creating peace and balance in my own life and the lives of those around me;
- an encourager’s heart;
- years of attending and leading small groups and mentoring others; and
- a full awareness of what a blessing wellness is.
A Holistic Approach
It was close to 20 years ago that I faced my own mini health crisis, and turned to holistic health practices to fill in the gaps. I went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in holistic nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health in 2008 (adding to a 1990 bachelor’s in another field from Texas A&M University). I earned Pilates certification from NESTA and taught for close to a decade, and have continued my fitness endeavors through active participation in dance, yoga, weight training, Spinning and running, having completed seven half-marathons and numerous shorter-distance events.
Emphasis on Health and Wellness
Continuing to learn and grow, I became a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches, completed a certificate in wellness consulting through the American College of Healthcare Sciences and earned another certificate in lifestyle medicine coaching. In 2020, I earned the designation of National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I am especially interested in stress management, mindfulness, work/life/fitness balance and nutrition.
Guiding the Process of Change
The best thing about coaching is that it doesn’t put me in the role of having all of the answers. Instead, I’ll guide you through a process of discovering where you have energy and interest for change; help you develop specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-based goals; and provide accountability and a mirror for seeing your progress.
You don’t need one more person giving you advice or telling you what to do; I truly believe it’s all already in there, just waiting to be drawn out.
When you’re ready to start creating your most vibrant life, the gates are open.
