What the Unstuck program includes:

  • Six 90-minute weekly group coaching sessions via Zoom, each including brief overview, opportunities for one-on-one coaching, discussion and “doing” time (ready, set, GO!)
  • A lasting change workbook for deeper exploration and awareness  
  • Inspirations, check-ins and reminders throughout the program
  • A built-in community of those on a path of change

 The six-week program is limited to 12 people in each time slot for a more personal, focused experience.


Week One: Components of lasting change

We’ll begin with an overview of what makes lasting change possible, explore the wellness continuum, assess where you are and where you want to be, and consider how self-compassion plays a role in future success.


Week Two: Honest awareness

We’ll take a deep dive into the states of change, pinpoint what you’re ready for and what you may not yet be, and consider what strengths, experiences and resources you have available to help you move forward.


Week Three: Self-compassion

It’s time for a mindset shift from win/lose to win/learn. You’ll have the chance to break down past attempts that didn’t deliver lasting change and to find courage to try again with different tools and strategy.


Week Four: What’s possible

Learn about the importance of the big picture and what it means to envision the life you want to live. You’ll put pen to paper to design what vibrant wellness means to you.


Week Five: Making a plan

Big-picture change requires smaller, consistent steps on the journey. Here, you’ll learn about what makes a goal “SMART,” how you might prevent self-sabotage, and what it means to view goals as “experiments.”


Week Six: Celebrating successes

Every experience has positives and negatives; it’s all in how we view it. This week will explore the “best part” strategy. We’ll learn about course correcting, consider growth since the beginning of the program, and explore the possibilities of continued success.
